VCB Community Boatbuilding is suspended for the summer. See you in September!

If you would like to help us maintain our fleet and/or help build new boats you are welcome to join the boatbuilding crew on Sunday and Wednesday afternoons. VCB has a spacious and well equipped boat shop on Pier 40 where we look after our gigs and build new ones. The work varies from scraping and painting to cutting and glueing, all under the supervision of experienced boat builders.

During the rowing season, our boatbuilding program taking a hiatus so our efforts can best be focused on our community rowing program. Please check back with us this fall to work on our next boatbuilding project!
